A three-hour performance on memory and loss.
Wearing a bridal head band and being blindfolded I sewed a dress and had conversations with people.
The fabric contained images and small objects that had been previously collaged and represented people and situations that had once been part of my life, were no longer ‘present’ but had left a lasting memory. After two hours the audience was invited to put on the dress on me and ‘read’ the dress.
